Advanced welding
The Advanced Welding Facility is an installation with advanced welding techniques such as Brazing and Electron Beam Welding. Strategically located in the center of 9 cities in the north of Spain, with a large group of nearby suppliers, it can provide coverage to the industry that needs our services to carry out turnkey projects, with experience in international scientific technology projects such as CERN or ITER.

- 1.5m3 furnace capacity and 1200ºC maximum temperature.
- e-05 vacuum working zone.
EBW (Electron Beam Welding)

- Copper < 60mm.
- Aluminium < 100mm (depending on alloy).
- Steel < 110mm.
- Stainless Steel < 110mm.
- Titanium < 110mm.

- Small/Medium pieces welding:

- 8 loaded pieces → ømáx = 150 mm.
- Small/Medium weight pieces welding:
- 4 loaded pieces → Mmáx = 35 kg.
- 8 loaded pieces → Mmáx = 22 kg.
